The KCC Unicorn Contest is the first activity of the $500 million Ecosystem Accelerator Plan, as well as KCC’s first incentive program in 2022. Its goal is to find the best projects from various streams and channels in order to improve the on-chain ecosystem. In addition, the contest itself gives considerable financial assistance, with the top Unicorn idea receiving a $300,000 cash prize and additional KCC GoDAO support, including marketing resources, incubation & investment, and prospective listing on KuCoin Exchange, among other things.
“As a businessman myself, I know how difficult it is to build startup projects. That is why we keep focusing on discovering and incentivizing the projects with potential. KCC Unicorn Contest is the first step in this direction. From April 18th until May 7th, the KCC Unicorn Data Competition will be held. The Top 10 projects and winning projects on independent/individual awards will be announced on May 12 by KCC GoDAO. At the same time, GoDAO will launch various community voting proposals on snapshot.org from May 13th to May 17th.
The KCC community will play a key part in determining the Top 5 projects as well as a few independent/individual award winners. KCC will host a series of events to encourage users to learn more about the contending projects by allowing them to participate in KCC Unicorn Projects.
