Mintology, founded in 2021, is introducing a novel idea to the market this year that enables businesses of any size to connect with clients, followers, and prospects by providing NFTs gratis. The NFTs are utilised as a marketing and claimable tool.
The initiative was introduced at NFT NYC, the largest NFT conference worldwide. Some of the biggest NFT industry players exhibit various products at the conference. According to Mintology, there are three compelling reasons why brands will be open to interacting with NFTs:
- It is currently the sector of technology that is growing the fastest.
- Connecting with the younger generation raised on the blockchain through NFTs
- Giving away free NFTs is now a profitable business.
Jason Solis, The General Manager of Mintology says: “We believe every company will have an NFT strategy which they will use to engage with their fans and customers. NFTs will have as important an impact as social media was for business.”
Thousands of NFTs can now be given away for free thanks to Mintology’s brand platform, which was previously not feasible because of network fees. The Mintology platform will also do away with the requirement that users download a cryptocurrency wallet to take part.
Users only need to scan a QR code to claim an NFT. They will be sent to a landing page where they can collect the NFT. A wallet and Mintable account are generated automatically when you authenticate with a Facebook or Google account. The wallet and account will then show the NFT.
The new Mintology platform offers gas-free minting on the Ethereum mainnet, which eliminates the expense and inconvenience of the minting process. By keeping prices between $1 and $2 per mint, brands can give NFTs away for free to customers. Mintology’s Claimable NFT Platform offers a fully managed service, which includes QR Code Scanning, a Dedicated Landing Page, Hosting Options, Minting, Wallet Solutions, and Stores on the Mintable Marketplace.
