Gate.io is thrilled to announce the launch of a new Initial NFT Offering (INO) platform for its NFT Magic Box marketplace.
As per the announcement, the INO platform will only list projects that have been strictly vetted and audited by the Gate.io team. Notably, the projects will be voted by the Gate.io community members allowing them to select high-quality projects that have long-term potential while at the same time giving them early access to NFT collections.
INO will reportedly solve many challenges NFT creators and artists face through its natural advantages such as low cost, high return, community-driven profits, and high liquidity. The INO will cover NFT digital assets such as collectibles, music, metaverse, movies, music, and so much more.
Commenting on the launch, Marie Tatibouet, CMO at Gate.io, stated:
“The launch of our new dedicated INO platform on the existing NFT Magic Box marketplace, we at Gate.io aim to empower artists and creators while helping them showcase their artwork to audiences across the world. Inversely, Gate.io users will get early access to new NFT collections by investing in up-and-coming talent.”
Gate.io’s NFT Magic Box is the first centralized NFT trading platform. Since its launch in June 2021, the marketplace has done tremendously well. In the last few months, the NFT magic Box has attracted the likes of iFans, APENFT, MetaverseX, and many other NFT collections.
The news comes days after Gate.io gave Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) official certification, allowing users to trade their Apes on NFT Magic Box. Notably, the NFT Magic Box features official certification tags of creators to show their official portfolio, ensuring users gain access to the correct collection.
In October, the platform launched OpenPunk, the first-ever community-driven NFT collection created to use community power to drive the re-creation of punks. The platform comprises multiple essential elements, each having different classification attributes and a specific degree of rarity. Days after launch, the platform releases the first 5000 OpenPunks inform of Mystery Boxes and live actions. Recently, Gate.io integrated multi-chain on the NFT Magic Box, allowing users to showcase and trade NFTs based on several Tron and Ethereum protocols.
