Bybit Card Marks Second Anniversary with 1.5M Cards Issued Globally

Top crypto exchange Bybit recently celebrated 2 years of Bybit Card’s existence and the new milestone of 1.5 million cards issued. The second-largest crypto exchange by trading volume celebrated this achievement during an event at its Dubai headquarters.

Bybit Card was launched in 2023 to make crypto spending borderless, giving Bybit customers everywhere the ability to spend their crypto easily. Since then, the cards have become a popular way to spend crypto and have reached 1.5 million.

For the future, Bybit also announced new product innovations, market expansion plans, and user experience upgrades including the upcoming launch of a customizable, limited-edition Premium Metal Card for selected users in the first half of 2025. 

The team also rolled out an improved rewards program, stronger fraud protection, a redesigned intuitive dashboard, wearables connectivity, and complimentary family cards for all cardholders. Commenting, Helen Liu, Chief Operating Officer at Bybit.said:

Bybit cards exist both physically and digitally, and holders avoid the high fees charged for conventional cards by using them. They work at all Mastercard-accepting merchants, offering a seamless, secure way to manage and spend cryptocurrency.

The cards also offer holders one of the highest cashback programs in the crypto industry. A large number of crypto assets are supported, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and XRP. More crypto assets are being added, and USD is the fiat currency that holders can also spend.
