Last year, key members of the Ammut Network created a vision that would enable them to develop the largest supercomputer on the blockchain.

In a bid to bring this great ambition to reality, the team has since raised $4 million from investors who believe in their project.

Interestingly, the Ammut Network team has announced that they are now part of NVIDIA’s elite Inception project.

Ammut Network focuses on solving problems in the areas of computer learning, mining scientific calculations, CGI rendering, and even 3D rendering.

Ammut’s software enables users to easily become a host renting out Ammut Computing Unit (AmCU) devices, and users can use its interface to find the best deals for specific computing.

Commenting on its new addition to the NVIDIA program, Ammut Network Hardware Architect, Brian Ferguson reiterated that:

“We believe wholeheartedly in our project and its potential, yet to get this vote of confidence from NVIDIA reinforces the strength of our concept. Their support will have a positive effect on the continued development of our project and provide increased value for our investors.”

For those who are unaware, NVIDIA’s Inception initiative is a virtual accelerator program aimed at making the product development, prototyping and deployment life cycles easier for startups. It’s focused on boosting promising startups that could revolutionize the world with blockchain, AI and data sciences.

Also commenting on the matter, Bruno Trentini, head of Deep Learning Startups Manager at NVIDIA declared that:

“I am thrilled to have Ammut Network on board the NVIDIA Inception Program and we look forward to helping them propel their business with our expertise in GPU-accelerated computing and Deep Learning.”

The Ammut Network is made up of several units, including the Ammut Computing Unit (AmCU), is developed with optimized machine learning and AI capabilities. It was built to cater to the needs of tech professionals, as they would not find it a daunting task installing frameworks such as TensorFlow, Caffe, and Keras for machine learning.

XAMM: XAMM is the native altcoin of the Ammut ecosystem; it facilitates all transactions on the Ammut Network. Other components of the Ammut project include the Ammut Network and the Amuut software.

Melissa Alexander, Software Development, Ammut declared that:

“We hope that in the future every home will own an AMCU device that will be useful, powerful, low-cost and profitable. We hope that together we can make the world a better place and bring blockchain to everyone’s attention, one use case at a time…we could not do it without the support of our investors and organizations like NVIDIA.”
